The 150 kg trolley kit consists of 2 ambidextrous self-centering trolleys, each equipped with 4 coated ball bearings, self-centering and interlocking drawbar, brackets for attaching the door panel, adjustable bumper rubber grommet, and variable-hardness trolley stop at rail closure. The kit also includes hardware, dowels and fasteners for fixing. Suitable for wooden door panels.
Kit includes a 40, 50 or 80 kg shock absorber and attachment system. Screws and hardware included. All soft closing kits can be installed inside the track, making the system integral with the door panel and invisible from the outside, thanks to the special sliding bracket. Applicable when the counterframe is installed, thanks to the removable rail. Applicable only to wooden door panels.
The upper element (transom) fits doors with an opening up to 100 cm. The vertical element (upright) fits doors with heights up to 210 cm. Finish to be painted. Other sizes are available, for feasibility contact the company.

The integrated motorization kit is the kit that is invisible from the outside to automate the movement of door panels. It includes: a 24V gearmotor with support, 230Vac/24Vdc board-transformer, belt with panel fastening system, idler pulley with belt tensioning system. Can be installed with the counterframe already in place, reducing the passage clearance by about 80 mm; alternatively, prepare an increased counterframe of 100 mm in the design stage. The system is Push&Go: if the panel is moved manually, it completes the opening/closing cycle. The system automatically learns the opening and closing limits of the door and slows down the stroke of the panel before total closing/opening. Standard equipment allows push-button opening (either two-position switch or sequential push-button) and automatic door closing after 2, 5 or 10 seconds of inactivity. Photocells, wall-mounted or pocket remote controls, and home automation kits for opening from smartphones are available.
